On visiting the Great Châteaux of France, Camilo Aldao came across one where the barrels were identified on an individual basis.  Today, in partnership with Germán Neuss, he has turned his vineyard into the first winery with personalised barrels in Argentina, elaborating wines of both great quality and flavour to suit the individual tastes of each cask owner.  Because, although the vineyard works only with high quality barrels, they are not all the same.  Other aspects that differentiate these "personalised" bottles are the choice of the type of wine and the aging time they undergo either in barrels or in bottles. There are three types of barrels, made from American, French or Oriental European Oak.
